Our semi circle / cylinder latex foam cut to size option combines a rounded top surface with a flat base, allowing the foam to sit securely while providing contoured comfort. This makes it ideal for applications where a full cylinder would roll or feel unstable.

Because latex foam is naturally flexible and elastic, all cut-to-size pieces are supplied with a tolerance of ±6mm. ✅ This is normal for latex and does not affect comfort or performance.For thicker semi-circular builds, layers of latex may be securely laminated to achieve the required depth while maintaining consistent support.
