Understanding Lead-Times 

Here at foam4u we pride ourself in offering the best prices on the internet for foam & foam cut to size. Our tessellation nesting software is designed to minimise waste by cutting foam in the most responsible way possible. Not all orders will be cut in order of receipt but in the most economic and responsible way that reduces cost to the customer and waste in the environment. 

Current Dispatch Lead Times

Unless stated below, most orders are typically dispatched within one week of ordering. However, some exceptions apply, as listed below:

Foam Cut to Size:
1 to 7 working days. Please allow additional time if choosing a combo laminated product or foam with a Dacron wrap.

Pop-top Roof Mattresses:

  • 1 to 7 working days (foam only).
  • Up to 14 working days with Covers, Sheets, Mattress Protectors, or Pillows.

Campervan, Caravan & Boat Mattresses & Toppers:

  • 1 to 7 working days (foam only).
  • Up to 14 working days with Covers, Sheets, Mattress Protectors, or Pillows.

V-Birth Boat Mattresses:

  • 1 to 14 working days (foam only).
  • Up to 14 working days with Tencel, Cooltech or Easy Clean Covers, Sheets, Mattress Protectors, or Pillows.

Shredded Foam Crumb:
1 to 7 working days.

Custom-Made Cushion Covers:
Up to 28 working days (from receipt of fabric).

Fabric:
Lead times vary—please contact us before placing your order.

Custom-Size Feather & Fibre Cushions:
Up to 21 working days.

Upholstery Sundries:
Lead times vary—please check before placing your order.
