We combine a supportive foam centre with a soft fibre wrap, giving you the best of both worlds: shape that lasts, and a sit that feels properly cushioned. Made to measure and cut with a taper from front to back, these wedge-style cushions are ideal for seats that narrow towards the back.

🧵 How They’re Made

Each cushion starts with a solid foam core, cut to your sizes and shaped to taper evenly from front to back. We wrap this in thick polyester fibre to add softness to the top and sides, giving a full, plump finish once inside your cover.

You can choose from three comfort levels to suit how firm or soft you’d like your seat to feel:

  • Soft – for occasional use, or when you want a relaxed, less structured feel

  • Medium – our most popular choice; supportive but not too firm

  • Firm – for heavy use or where you want solid support that won’t give too easily

No matter the comfort grade, each cushion is wrapped and shaped for a clean, structured fit.

📏 How to Measure

To get the perfect fit, measure your empty cover only — not your old insert. Measure seam to seam and provide us with:

  1. Front Width – widest edge

  2. Back Width – narrowest edge

  3. Depth – front to back, through the centre

  4. Thickness – overall height/border

We’ll take care of adjusting the foam and fibre to suit your measurements — no need to add anything extra.
