If your sofa or bench cushions have gone flat or lost their shape, our Foam Core Fibre Seat Cushions are the perfect replacement. Made to measure and available in square or rectangular form, they’re built with a solid foam centre for support and a soft fibre wrap for comfort.

Each cushion is custom-cut to your cover size and delivered ready to drop in — no sagging, no sinking, just a plump, supportive seat that feels right and looks tidy.

🧵 How They’re Made

We start with a high-quality foam core, cut precisely to your measurements. Then we wrap it in thick polyester fibre to soften the edges and give a full, rounded finish once it’s inside your cover.

Choose from three comfort levels depending on how firm or soft you want the seat:

  • Soft – more relaxed, gentle feel; better for light use

  • Medium – supportive with a bit of give; ideal for everyday seating

  • Firm – solid support, long-lasting shape retention; perfect for high-use areas

This combination gives you the structure of foam with the comfort of fibre — and it holds its shape far better than fibre-only fillings.

📏 How to Measure

To get it right, always measure your empty cushion cover, not the old insert. Measure seam to seam:

  • Width (side to side)

  • Depth (front to back)

  • Thickness (border height)

We’ll make the adjustments needed for loft and fibre wrap — no need to size up.
