FE30/105 White is a soft 30kg density upholstery foam manufactured using Vita FRee technology, meaning it is produced without added TCPP flame-retardant chemicals.

The result is a noticeably lower-odour foam, making it ideal for indoor upholstery projects where the strong “new foam smell” of traditional foam can sometimes be unpleasant.

This soft grade is best suited to back cushions, arm wraps, seat toppers and general upholstery padding, where comfort and gentle cushioning are more important than structural support.

FE30/105 White is part of the new Vita FRee TCPP-Free foam range, developed to offer a cleaner, lower-odour alternative to conventional smelly upholstery foam.

Traditional polyurethane foams are often manufactured using TCPP flame-retardant additives, which can contribute to the strong “new foam smell” many people notice when foam is first unpacked.
