FE33/160 White is a 33kg density upholstery foam manufactured using Vita FRee technology, meaning it is produced without added TCPP flame-retardant chemicals.

With a medium-firm comfort feel, this grade is ideal for seat cushions, fixed backs, deep buttoned upholstery, arm wraps and caravan or motorhome cushions where durability and support are important.

FE33/160 White forms part of the Vita FRee TCPP-Free foam range, a new generation of upholstery foams designed to provide reliable comfort while reducing the strong odour often associated with traditional smelly foam products.

Many conventional polyurethane foams are manufactured using TCPP flame-retardant additives, which can contribute to the familiar “new foam smell” when the material is first unpacked.

Using Vita FRee technology, this foam is produced without added TCPP chemicals, resulting in a foam that many customers find noticeably lower in odour, while still delivering the durability and support required for everyday seating.
