This rapid 3-day dispatch applies to all foam cut to size orders placed before 11am, including: Custom foam shapes Foam with Dacron wrap Foam with Stockinette fitted Just pick your shape, enter your dimensions, select your foam grade, and choose your extras – we’ll handle the rest. ⚠️ Important: Lead Times for Mixed Orders If your order contains other products with longer lead times — such as made-to-measure cushion covers, specialist fabrics, or adhesives — the entire order will follow the longest lead time.
