This option is for projects where a standard shape won’t work. If your foam needs curves, angles, cut-outs or a complex outline, we can cut natural latex foam to match — but a drawing or physical template is always required for a custom shape latex foam cut to size

🚐 Where Custom Shapes Are Typically Used

Custom shapes are most common when you need a precise fit for non-standard spaces, including:

  • Campervan, caravan & boat mattresses

  • Curved seating and fitted bench cushions

  • Bespoke furniture and built-in seating

  • Replacement foam for existing shaped covers

  • Upholstery projects with irregular outlines

🎚️ Choose Your Latex Grade

All custom shapes are available in two grades:

  • Soft / Medium ✅ Comfort layers, toppers and lighter seating

  • Medium / Firm ✅ Mattress support, seating bases and higher loads

Latex is ideal for custom cutting thanks to its resilience, breathability and durability.

📏 Cutting Tolerance & Lamination

Because latex foam is naturally flexible and elastic, all custom-cut pieces are supplied with a tolerance of ±6mm. ✅ This is normal for latex and does not affect comfort or performance.
For thicker options, layers of latex may be securely laminated to achieve the required depth while maintaining consistent support.

🛠️ How to Order a Custom Shape (Template Required)

To cut accurately, we’ll need one of the following:

📄 Option 1: A Drawing

  • Clear outline

  • Measurements shown

  • Thickness confirmed

  • Any notes for cut-outs or curves

📦 Option 2: A Physical Template

  • Cardboard or hardboard recommended

  • Mark orientation (TOP / FRONT etc.)

  • Include key measurements where possible
