Hand-filled in-house using recycled foam offcuts from our own cushion-making and foam-cutting operations, these pads help reduce waste without compromising on performance.
We use only clean, high-quality virgin foam offcuts sourced from our own production facility. These are shredded (crumbed) on site and combined with soft Dacron hollowfibre to create a plump, supportive cushion interior. By repurposing this otherwise-wasted material, we ensure that every last bit of foam is reused — making this one of the most sustainable cushion fillings available.
Every cushion pad is fully adjustable. Need a firmer seat? Add more filling. Want a softer, slouchier look? Simply remove some contents. Each pad includes a hidden zip for easy access to the filling — ideal for fine-tuning the shape, feel, and fullness to suit your personal preferences or decorative needs.
