BUDGET FOAM

Recommended uses include: This foam is a non specific grade It is likely to be laminated or joined. Budget foam is made up from what is left over after production. We can not guarantee the suitability of the grade for any specific project.

  • Stockinette is knitted material that stretches over the foam cushions to help them keep their shape, whilst making it easier to fit foam inside cushion covers.

     

    Daron Polyester wrap applied to top and bottom side of foam cushions to provide extra loft 

    TOP TIP

    Match the foam thickness " C" to the boarder width of your cover then add 12 ounce Dacron for the perfect fit  Please let us know if the cushion covers are wider than the available space. We offer a free cushion fitting service, so let us know if you are sending in your covers.
